Kazakhstan-Azerbaijan Tourism Relations Continue to Develop

A Kazakhstan-Azerbaijan tourism forum was held at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Azerbaijan. The forum aimed to expand tourism cooperation between the two countries and increase mutual tourist flow.

The event was attended by Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan Alim Bayel, representatives of tourism organizations, airlines, tourism associations, media representatives, and travel companies. ERATUR was also among the participants of the forum, taking part in B2B meetings and evaluating new cooperation opportunities.

In his speech, Ambassador Alim Bayel emphasized that Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are strategic partner countries. It was noted that cooperation in the tourism sector is expanding year by year, and mutual tourist flow continues to grow. Within the framework of the forum, presentations were held on Kazakhstan’s tourism potential, popular routes, and international events.

During the event, Air Astana and FlyArystan organized a lottery, with winners receiving airline tickets to Kazakhstan. In addition, B2B meetings were held between travel companies of the two countries, and a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the associations of tourism guides.
